Ins & outs 2 day – 18th & 19th October 2025

Two-day intensive induction course. This is an educational yet fun day learning the basics about distilling.

You’ll arrive at the distillery by 10 am and depart at 5 pm

What you’ll cover on the day.

• Basics of distilling – creativity and science
• Understanding of botanicals.
• Learn about different spirits: gin, rum, whisky
• The business of distilling processes, marketing, packaging etc
• History of distilling and spirits
• Create your own recipe and distill on our stills
• Q&A
