Whatever stage you’re at and whatever level you require The Spirit School delivers exceptional hands on spirit learning at a working distillery. Fully stocked bar and shop on site. All except online courses are residential by the sea in Skegness, Lincolnshire and include light lunch teas and coffees, tasters. Local accommodation can be sourced. The distillery is 500m from the beach in the centre of town.

All the courses occur in a distillery venue with all facilities under one roof. Attendees get to see the actual distillery up close while getting hands-on distilling experience of stills and the equipment.
Practical Distilling 1 day
An intensive day of learning with a bit of fun thrown in. Perfect for those wanting to expand their knowledge of how to distill and recipes.

Those wanting careers in the distilling industry or want pro level knowledge. Detailed sessions followed by end of day drinks. All the ‘Practical Distilling’ elements plus

Do I need prior knowledge of distilling to take this course?
No prior knowledge is required! The course is designed for beginners as well as those with some experience. We begin with basic concepts and gradually progress to more advanced techniques.

Are there any age restrictions to enroll in the course?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in this course, in compliance with legal regulations governing the production of alcoholic beverages. Should be capable of climbing stairs and not suffer from any significant allergies or ailments that are affected by alcohol or the likely ingredients. Please inquiry if unsure.
Are there any financing options?
There maybe grants available from local area, course payment finance can be arranged. Please enquire directly.

What is the cancellations policy?
Cancel over 12 weeks before the booked date 75% refund. Cancel 12-4 weeks before the booked event 50% refund. Cancel 4 weeks or less before the event nil refund.
What is the ongoing support?
After the course, we will give you access to a support whats app group which is included in the cost of the course. You can set up a one-to-one consultation if you wish more direct and detailed assistance.
Will I receive any certification upon completion of the course?
